We are looking for a dedicated energetic detail oriented full time pharmacy technician. Experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
*Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills with special emphasis on effective telephone correspondence with a customer-first attitude
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Ability to work cooperatively with both pharmacist and technicians
*Must be willing to work evenings possibly weekend
Daily Responsibilities
*Accurately typing and filling of prescriptions
*Answer customer questions and help resolve resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
*Order, receive, tag, and stock prescription drugs and supplies
*Compound medications
*Respond to requests from patients and doctors via phone, fax and email
*Dealing with third party rejections and effectively resolving them
*Other duties assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
