Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to guarantee quality standards are met consistently.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and implement food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular profit and loss analysis to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively.
- Coordinate catering, banquet events, or special functions when applicable to enhance customer experience and revenue opportunities.
