Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with educational standards.
- Learn and adhere to Head Start standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child welfare and development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred with at least one year experience.
