Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter
- Knowledge of meat cutting, trimming, grinding, and merchandising
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management or team leadership experience
- Cooking or culinary experience
