Associate Chiropractor

You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced chiropractor looking for a better opportunity, you will receive structured onboarding, hands-on mentorship, and continued support from experienced clinical and operational leaders.
The Opportunity
As an Associate Chiropractor, you will provide high-quality chiropractic care while helping patients understand their condition, treatment recommendations, and path toward better health.
You will work alongside Chiropractic Technicians, Licensed Massage Therapists, and rehabilitation staff who support patient flow, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue care, and the overall patient experience. This team-based model allows our doctors to focus on delivering excellent care, building strong patient relationships, and achieving meaningful results.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic adjustments
- Review examination findings and clearly communicate individualized care recommendations
- Educate patients about chiropractic care, movement, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with Chiropractic Technicians, massage therapists, and rehabilitation staff
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and patient-centered clinic environment
- Participate in ongoing clinical training, professional development, and community outreach
What We Are Looking For
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
- Active Illinois chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for helping patients improve their health and quality of life
- Positive, dependable, and coachable attitude
- Commitment to continued learning and clinical growth
- Confidence educating patients and communicating treatment recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
