Now Hiring: Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Head & Malesis Insurance Agencies is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent to join our team!
We are a well-established, community-focused agency specializing primarily in personal lines coverage. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Auburn, where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal lines insurance needs (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Provide quotes, policy reviews, and coverage recommendations
- Service existing accounts and build strong client relationships
- Work closely with carriers and underwriting teams
- Support retention and cross-selling efforts
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Property & Casualty license (willing to train/license the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience in personal lines insurance is preferred
