Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare AssistantTeacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. This position involves working with young children, including infants through five year olds, to support their growth and development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. The Daycare Assistant Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive atmosphere that promotes childhood development and encourages curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention to students, particularly those with special education needs.
- Foster communication and collaboration with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom setting.
- Observe and assess children's development and behavior to tailor educational approaches accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the daycare setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare or caregiving roles is preferred.

- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
