Warehouse Lead: $26-$27/hour
Join an award-winning, growing company and take the next step in your warehouse career! Granite Commercial Real Estate, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to help guide daily operations, support the team, and deliver accurate, high-quality service to our customers.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; off on all major holidays.
Work Area/Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, prioritize assignments, support staff, and serve as backup to warehouse management.
- Prepare shipping documents and receive, verify, stage, load, unload, pack, and deliver shipments.
- Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records; conduct counts, resolve discrepancies, and report missing or damaged items.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, complete routine safety checks, and make deliveries driving cargo vans and trucks up to 28 feet.
- Provide responsive customer service and prepare accurate reports using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and company systems.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility and assist with safety meetings and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Forklift experience and certification strongly preferred, or willingness to become certified within 60 days.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, recordkeeping, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to operate cargo vans and trucks up to 28 feet, and ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
