The Job (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
You’ll diagnose and repair residential appliances in a local service area with full dispatch and parts support.
Appliances include:
Refrigerators
Washers & dryers
Ranges, ovens, and cooktops
Dishwashers
You are expected to:
Diagnose correctly (not guess)
Complete repairs on the first visit whenever possible
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Communicate professionally with customers
Work independently in the field without babysitting
If you need constant supervision, this isn’t your place.

You own and use your own professional appliance repair tools
