The Square Grouper Key West is looking to add a few team members as we start to prepare for season!
We are specifically looking to hire-
- AM Busser & Barback
- PM Host/Greeter
We are a brand new, & super high volume restaurant looking for individuals who want to be the best, and work with the best! We run an extremely organized restaurant, where we take great pride in the genuine hospitality we offer. We have recently been named "2025 Best Overall Restaurant" in the Key West Bubba Awards, and one of the "Top 10 Restaurants" in Key West by Conde Naste.
We offer top pay, two day weekends, and flexible scheduling among other work perks. All positions are tipped out so the pay in the ad is just base pay, tips will be added to this on paychecks.
As a Hostess/Greeter, job responsibilities would include:
- Greeting guests and getting them sat as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Managing waitlist times and content.
- Assisting in resetting tables to accommodate our guests.
- Taking to-go orders, and answering questions over the phone.
As an AM Barback, job responsibilities would include:
- Assisting bartender with prep, ann restocking of bar.
- Keeping the bar tidy and organized and assisting with bussing, cleaning, and resetting the bar.
- Assisting with any guest requests to ensure the highest quality service experience possible.
- Running the bar dishwasher, cleaning glasses, and polishing glasses throughout the shift.
As an AM Busser, job responsibilities would include:
- Assisting setting up and breaking down the restaurant after shift.
- Keeping the restaurant tidy and organized and assisting with bussing, cleaning, and resetting the restaurant.
- Assisting with any guest requests to ensure the highest quality service experience possible.
- Running food and assisting servers as needed.
We take our annual September vacation starting September 8th, and are looking to fill these positions before then so we can immediately start training once we reopen.
