Position Summary
Ball Chain Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Account Executive for its Ball Chain division. The Ball Chain Sales and Customer Service Account Executive will drive sales through the entire deal-flow cycle from development to delivery as well as provide customer service to new and existing accounts. The Sales and Customer Service Account Executive will provide customer service and grow and expand the scope of the business to new markets, focusing on both internal and external sales channels to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
•Drive sales through the entire deal-flow cycle from development to delivery

•Provide customer service to new and existing clients
Qualifications•Experience or interest in sales.
•4-year Undergraduate Degree
•Proven and demonstrable track record of productive relationships in prior work
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both one-on-one and with an audience
•Ability to lead a sales process from opportunity identification through deal close
•The most important quality for our Sales Account Executive will be an enthusiasm for the product and for what we can do for our customers
Salary: $65,000-$85,000
•Plus discretionary bonus
