This dual-role position is responsible for:
Irrigation Service & Repairs Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing residential and commercial irrigation systems.
Shop & Equipment Management Overseeing the organization, maintenance, and readiness of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients systems perform reliably and our crews have safe, well-maintained equipment ready for daily operations.
Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, wiring, and lateral lines
Perform system start-ups, winterizations, and inspections
Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues
Identify efficiency improvements and water-saving opportunities
Communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs and recommendations
Document work performed and materials used
Oversee maintenance schedules for company vehicles and equipment
Maintain organized shop layout and inventory systems
Track tool and equipment usage and condition
Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
Ensure crews leave daily with fully operational equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment
We are looking for someone who:
Has irrigation service experience (minimum 23 years preferred)
Possesses strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Is highly organized and systems-oriented
Takes ownership and responsibility seriously
Demonstrates leadership and accountability
Communicates professionally with clients and team members
Holds a valid drivers license (clean driving record preferred)
