What you will do
- Operations management: Oversee the daily operations of the practice with efficiency and excellence.
- Team development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Strategic scheduling: Optimize provider schedules to meet production, revenue, and collection goals.
- Performance reporting: Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly office reports.
- Patient relations: Resolve patient concerns with maximum professionalism, care, and timeliness.
- Mission alignment: Uphold total compliance with our mission, core values, and standards of care.
Your qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of management or customer service experience (healthcare/dental management is strongly preferred).
- Tech literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Open Dental practice management software.
- Leadership style: Ability to lead with confidence, make independent decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft skills: Exceptional listening, communication, and empathetic problem-solving skills.
