Shift: Business hours with occasional after hours/weekends
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, appropriate and cost-effective pharmaceutical care promoting positive outcomes. Facilitates the development, implementation and monitoring of all operational pharmacy initiatives. Provides leadership within the pharmacy department by mentoring, educating and communicating the expectations. Serves as a liaison between the pharmacy and other providers and clinicians. Ensures medication use is developed and practiced in accordance with evidence-based care and/or best practices. Also, mentors and ensures competency of all operational pharmacy staff.

Education:-
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D
Experience:-
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role managing pharmacy operations
Certification/License:-
Current Pharmacist license in state of Wisconsin
