Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Master <PERSON> to lead and oversee complex construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. As a Master <PERSON>, you will be responsible for managing skilled trades, interpreting detailed blueprints and technical drawings, and coordinating various aspects of construction, renovation, and restoration projects. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects that meet client specifications and adhere to all safety regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership in building diverse structures using advanced techniques and tools.
Duties
- Lead and supervise Landscape/Hardscape projects
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Oversee and provide labor as needed for retaining wall , paver patios, concrete forming, concrete finishing projects
- Manage a crew of 3-4 people
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers to interpret blueprint specifications and ensure compliance with construction plans.
- Conduct site inspections for safety compliance, quality control, and progress tracking; address issues promptly.
- Ensure proper use of hand tools and adherence to safety protocols during all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret schematics and technical drawings for precise execution.
Experience
- Extensive construction site experience with a proven track record in managing large or complex projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in concrete finishing, rebar installation, masonry work, and building material installation.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings including schematics related to structural components.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized machinery relevant to construction tasks.
- Knowledge of hardscape and landscape installations such as paver patios, retaining walls, concrete, mulch and stone installations, etc.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable on construction sites; committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control throughout all phases of construction projects.

Pay: $24.99 - $32.00 per hour
