Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap Print Production Manager to lead our vehicle wrap printing operations. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality vehicle graphics, managing the entire print production process from order intake to final delivery. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle wrap print production department, ensuring timely and accurate output of all printed graphics.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to align production schedules with project deadlines.
- Manage production planning using ERP systems such as SAP and other manufacturing management tools to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Implement process improvements utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality and reduce waste.
- Monitor print quality through rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all outputs meet company standards and client specifications.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Analyze production data using Excel and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity needs, and streamline supply chain management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain management, assembly teams, and operations management to ensure seamless integration of printing processes within the broader manufacturing workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or printing environment, preferably with large-format or vehicle wrap printing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and manufacturing management software.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean management and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to coordinate between design, production, installation, and logistics teams.
- Familiarity with quality control standards specific to large-format printing and vehicle graphics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering or related field is advantageous; relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Pay: $47,773.04 - $57,533.12 per year
