Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Senior Vice President of Casino Operations based in the Bahamas. This executive leader will oversee all facets of casino management including Table Games, Slot Operations, Race & Sports Book, Casino Guest Services abd Casino Hosts. , ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience within casino environments, demonstrating leadership in supervising teams, enhancing customer service, and driving operational success.
Duties
- Lead and develop the casino operations team to deliver outstanding guest services while maintaining high standards of safety and integrity.
- Oversee daily casino activities, including gaming operations, cash handling, and guest relations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue generation and operational efficiency across all casino departments.
- Manage conflict resolution effectively by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the resort’s reputation.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies at all times.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance overall guest experience through integrated service delivery.
Qualifications
- Extensive management experience within casino operations.
- Proven supervising experience with a track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work culture.
- Role requires residency in the Bahamas.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Key Employee License and Casino Work Permit
- Deep understanding of casino operations, including customer service excellence, cash handling procedures, and conflict management.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests, staff, and regulatory authorities.
