Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced dump truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction hauling environment.
This position is responsible for operating a dump truck to haul materials such as rock, sand, dirt, topsoil, and other construction materials to and from job sites. Drivers are expected to perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep the truck clean, and communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and dispatch.
** Also looking for a PART TIME driver for night shift only **
Duties
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Properly load, haul, and dump materials.
- Maintain accurate trip and delivery information as required.
- Keep truck clean and report any mechanical or maintenance concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and other team members.
- Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled work.
- Perform other hauling-related duties as needed.
- Work weekends and overtime as needed.
Experience/Requirements
- Proven experience 3+ years of operating a dump truck.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Must be 25 years or older
- Clean driving record no prior DWI/DUI
- Up to date DOT medical card
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing DOT drug screenings
