Position: Staff Accountant
Location: Orange, CA
Working Condition: In-person
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and review financial reports (like profit & loss statements) to schedule & ad hoc.
- Handle month-end and year-end close tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Collaborates with the other managers and staff to support overall Company goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Required
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience working as a Staff Accountant, including Data Analysis, Month-End Close and Reporting
- NetSuite experience required
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Required
- Larger-volume company experience required, including exposure to public company reporting and multiple-entity environments

- 10-key by touch and Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Table etc.)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
