Job Summary
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality salads featuring ingredients such as tuna, eggs, chicken, and more. Your expertise in food preparation, and food safety will ensure our salads meet the highest standards of freshness, taste, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of salads using ingredients like tuna, eggs, chicken, and other fresh components with precision and care
- Follow standardized recipes
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations throughout the shift
- Work with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cutting techniques for vegetables, proteins, and garnishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with meal preparation, catering
- Kitchen experience involving cooking, serving in a commercial setting is preferred
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
