Job Summary
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Heat Press and/or Embroidery Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Duties
Embroidery Machine Operator
- Set up and operate machines with precision, ensuring proper thread tension, needle placement, and machine calibration.
- Follow detailed design specifications and production schedules to complete embroidery tasks efficiently.
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for stitching accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accessible.
- Troubleshoot common machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Heat Press Operator
- Set up and operate machines with precision, ensuring proper machine pressure, understanding various heat settings for a variety of fabrics and logo placement
- Follow detailed design specifications and production schedules to complete tasks efficiently.
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, adjusting as needed to maintain quality standards. Especially ensuring parts of the garment don’t get damaged through the heating process such as zippers, etc.
- Inspect finished products for print accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accessible.
- Troubleshoot common machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Prior experience operating either/or heat press or embroidery sewing machines or other sewing equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of garment construction principles enhances your ability to ensure garment has no defects before it gets decorated
- Familiarity with sewing and/or printing techniques, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment demonstrates your ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to handle materials and maintain organized workflows. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
