Our multi-doctor general dental office in Clayton is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, patient-focused position where your communication skills, organization, and positive attitude truly make a difference every day.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of dental front office experience (REQUIRED)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Eaglesoft experience preferred
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Reviewing treatment plans and discussing financial responsibilities
Collecting payments and offering financing options (CareCredit)
Answering phones, texts, and emails
Scheduling preventative and operative appointments
Managing the schedule to help providers meet daily production goals
Following up with patients regarding treatment and appointments
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
