Job description:
SpeakCare develops an AI assistant dedicated for nurses that reduces documentation burden and helps nurses focus on patient care.
We are looking for a tech-savvy nurse with experience in healthcare facilities or skilled Nursing Facilities who wants to reimagine nursing.
This is a field-based, boots-on-the-ground role. You will visit nursing homes using SpeakCare, support their teams, ensure the product is used effectively, and collect feedback to help improve the platform.
Responsibilities
- Visit SNFs in NewJersey and Boston MA Area that use SpeakCare
- Support nurses and leadership in using the product effectively
- Identify workflow improvements and collect product feedback
- Help ensure the product delivers real value to frontline nurses
- Educate new nurses and management teams on using the product
Requirements
- Nurse with SNF / nursing home / healthcare organizations experience
- Comfortable with technology and new tools
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer facilities
