What you’ll do:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss energy goals and solar options
- Present customized residential solar proposals
- Explain financing options, incentives, and installation timelines
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and enhance community engagement
- Manage pipeline activity and customer communication in CRM
- Deliver a strong customer experience from first conversation to signed deal

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Residential Solar Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about renewable energy and confident in their ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
As a Residential Solar Advisor, you will work directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar, assess their needs, and present customized solutions that help them reduce energy costs and transition to clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners regarding energy usage and solar opportunities
- Educate customers on the benefits of residential solar
- Present customized proposals and explain financing options
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in CRM
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay informed on solar products, incentives, and market trends
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and closing ability
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in solar, home improvement, real estate, or in-home sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required

Compensation:
Commission only — 5.5% commission on closed deals This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants unlimited earning potential in a fast-growing industry.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
