Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
- Support catering events or banquet services by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for presentation
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines at all times to prevent cross-contamination or accidents
Skills
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to kitchens, including dishwashing machinery operation if applicable
