Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager, with a focus in marketing and strategic growth to lead our growing Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice law firm's operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, manage teams, and ensure seamless execution of operational processes. Your leadership will help plan the strategic future of the law firm and drive growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help take a top-notch boutique law firm to the next level. Duties
- Strategically grow and develop the vision of the law firm, so that it can continue to smartly expand and increase its ability to help victims of medical negligence.
- Supervise daily operations.
- Coordinating and improving systems operations and implementations.
- Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding processes to build a strong teams
- Implement operational policies to maintain high standards of client service
- Organizing and putting together focus groups to help attorneys develop trial strategies based upon focus group output.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing tasks.
- Openness to pitch in when needed - we are a small law firm and due to the ebbs and flows of litigation and trial work we all strive to help each other out and often have to wear multiple hats.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee training & development, and managerial communication
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic growth, developing and implementing marketing matters, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and managing some payroll & bookkeeping tasks
- Commitment to personal growth and improvement

- A great attitude and sense of humor are a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
