Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Pool Service Technician to oversee and execute comprehensive pool maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool service operations, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform detailed inspections and repairs of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other mechanical components using hand tools and power tools.
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure optimal water quality according to health standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues with pool equipment; execute repairs or replacements efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs to ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Experience
- At least 2 years of proven service technician experience in pool maintenance or related field with a strong background in equipment repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on knowledge of pool plumbing systems, water treatment chemicals, and general pool cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and installations.
- Experience leading or supervising a team of technicians is preferred; leadership qualities are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
