Job Title: Bilingual Intake Specialist / Client Manager (Russian & English)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Russian/English) Intake Specialist / Client Manager to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role is critical to client experience, case onboarding, and ongoing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant case information
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Russian and English
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent client communication
- Manage client files and update case management systems
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding case status
- Assist with scheduling consultations and maintaining calendars
- Ensure high-quality client service throughout the lifecycle of the case
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a law firm or client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Comfortable using CRM or case management software
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in criminal defense or personal injury law
- Familiarity with legal intake procedures
Work Environment:
- Chicagoland candidates preferred for potential in-office collaboration
