Financial/Insurance Coordinator – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things on track? Misuraca Orthodontics is looking for a dependable and motivated Financial/Insurance Coordinator to join our team.
This position plays an important role in the financial health of our practice by managing patient and insurance accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring balances and claims are followed through to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable for patient and insurance accounts
- Monitor account balances and follow up on outstanding payments
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Post and reconcile patient and insurance payments
- Research and resolve account or insurance discrepancies
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and benefits
- Assist patients with billing, payment, and insurance questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Work closely with our team to keep accounts organized and current
What We're Looking For:

- Strong with numbers and financial information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients
- Persistent and consistent with follow-up
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
Dental or orthodontic insurance and accounts receivable experience is preferred. Experience with dental billing, insurance claims, collections, or financial coordination is a plus.
