Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation schedules.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and reliable transportation services.
Transportation
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Transport guests to and from the airport, local businesses, and other approved destinations.
- Follow established shuttle routes and schedules.
- Maintain communication with the front desk regarding guest transportation needs and schedule changes.
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures when applicable.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete required inspection logs.
- Ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and presentable at all times.
- Report mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain all required driving licenses and certifications.
- Follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Additional Hotel Responsibilities
- Assist with package deliveries and luggage storage procedures.
- Stock and organize the hotel gift shop and storage areas as assigned.
- Assist guests with directions and local recommendations.
- Support front desk operations during downtime as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
