The Air Logistics Revenue Care Supervisor is responsible to manage the day-to day routine focusing on accurate and timely invoice production and payment, cost diligence and profit maximization. The Team Leader shall ensure that specific RCC KPI's are met and improved over time and are also responsible for facilitating the processes and communication with counterparts in the CCL, OCC, GS RCC & Gateway teams to ensure a flawless process. The RCC Team Leader is accountable to identify opportunities to improve automation, processes and efficiencies, assuring we have the highest possible synergy within RCC.
- Effective organize, train and manage the RCC team in country and GS following the Global Guidelines
- Review and analyze the reports and pro-actively implement actions to improve performance and efficiencies
- Manage the RCC KPI’s development and improvement · Ensure that all tasks are performed timely and with accurate data
- Drive automation, efficiency and continuous improvements projects as per corporate strategy
- Responsible for the FSL routine management, including audits and business review
- Assure that processes are updated and improved in close collaboration with Optimization Team
- Engage and reduce Bad Debts, Defferals and Customers billing disputes
- Ensure efficient and close communication to the GS RCC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Revenue Care, Finance, or related operational environments.
- Previous leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, billing processes, revenue management, and financial controls.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and transportation or financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and driving process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and global teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Professional English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
