We are seeking motivated, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team. This role combines guest service, specialty coffee preparation, cashier responsibilities, and maintaining an outstanding dining experience from the moment a guest walks through the door.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, matcha, and other specialty drinks to company standards.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the menu to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
