We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. - Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage food preparation and production processes while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
- Conduct inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Train and develop staff in various roles, including Dominos standards, customer service, and restaurant policies.
- Assist in financial management to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant environment.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport a wide variety of food and beverages to designated locations.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices.
- Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
- Background in hospitality management with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with training & development initiatives for staff members.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
