Warehouse Inventory & Inside Sales Associate Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Inside Sales Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and inside sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working in both a warehouse and office environment.
Warehouse Inventory & Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and provide shipping status updates.
- Track sales orders and communicate order progress to customers.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy.
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Create shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and air waybills (AWBs).
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with monthly physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory forecasts and assist with purchasing and replenishment planning.
- Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
- Support the sales team by coordinating samples, marketing materials, and customer requests.
- Assist with trade show logistics, including booth setup, travel coordination, and promotional materials.
- Process returns (RMAs), chargebacks, and sales returns.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports related to purchasing, inventory, and sales activities.
- Provide general warehouse support, including inbound shipments and material movement.
- After completing initial training, provide sales and after-sales support to assigned customer accounts.
- Assist with creating promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator and video creation software (preferred but not required).
Warehouse Inventory & Inside Sales Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Warehouse operations
- Inventory control/cycle counts
- Customer service
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or video editing software is a plus, but not required.
