Duties
- Greet customers and visitors using professional etiquette.
- Use professional etiquette when talking on the radio or the phone.
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, events and Zoom meetings.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering assistance or directing requests appropriately.
- Assist with office management duties including printing, supply inventory, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow across all administrative functions
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
