Position: Customer Service & Order Processing Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email by processing orders, quotes, and scheduling requests.
- Pull railing and decking orders for customers picking up material
- Loading and unloading trucks (forklift experience a plus)
- Accurately input and manage data, ensuring all orders and quotes are processed efficiently.
- Perform general research and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide top-tier customer service to maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.
