We are seeking a versatile, friendly and dependable team member to assist with daily operations, equipment service and customer deliveries.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from customer sales to hands-on equipment installation. You will be the face of our company during deliveries and help keep our DME and service departments running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with durable medical equipment (DME) sales and inquiries.
- Deliver and set up medical equipment safely at customer locations.
- Assist with service, maintenance and repair of medical equipment.
- Assist with installation of mobility solutions including wheelchair ramps and handicap stair lifts.
Qualifications:
Customer Skills: Friendly, empathetic and excellent communication skills.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects, sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Driving Record: Safe, clean driving record is strictly required.
Experience: Knowledge of durable medical equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. General mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools is necessary.
