Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and efficient customer service throughout breakfast hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Replenish food items promptly to ensure variety and availability for all guests
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor dietary accommodations and special requests to cater to guest needs effectively
- Support catering or banquet events as needed, ensuring smooth service during larger functions
Skills
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food handling safety protocols
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings enhances your suitability for this role
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Barista experience or hospitality background helps deliver exceptional guest interactions
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards within the food industry or restaurant experience
