Hiring Unarmed Commercial Foot/Vehicle Patrol Security Officers
Location: Katy, TX 77494
Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Hours: Must be available between 6:00am - 11:00pm
Days: Must be available to work weekends
Rate: $15.00 per hour
Requirements:
Must have a Valid Level II Non-Commissioned Security License
Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Criminal and Driver History Background Checks
Must be able to stand / walk for an 8 hour shift.
Job Description:
- Forming a liaison between the Supermarket agency
- Protect company's property and staff by maintaining security presence
- Maintain Professionalism and provide great Customer Service experience
- Observe all signs of crime or disorder
- Take accurate notes and report in detail any suspicious activities
- Monitor and control access at building entrance
- Immediate responsiveness to incidents/conflicts

Responsibilities:

- Standing/walking for extended periods of time (8 or more hours)
- Lifting requirements (50 lbs or more)

Qualifications:
- Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge
- (Military experience can be substituted with Law Enforcement Experience or 60 College Credits)
- Must have a valid / current Texas Non-Commissioned/Commissioned Security License (Unarmed Security License)
- Must have a valid, state issued Driver’s License and clean driving record
- A US citizen or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must present a professional image
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality
- Keen attention to detail
- Punctuality, no tardiness accepted
- Must own a smartphone for scheduling and clocking in / out
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Reliable transportation and proximity to site(s).
- Supervisory experience a plus
