Oversees and performs mechanical and technical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, back-of-house space, as well as maintenance duties for Wahooz Family Fun Zone and Roaring Springs Water Park are performed in a timely manner.
- Repairs safety issues as instructed
- Communicates with and follows directions of Director of Maintenance
- Inspects daily the interior and exterior of all buildings as well as grounds for maintenance issues and corrects any problems
- Coordinates projects in terms of logistics and timeline with appropriate managers/supervisors
- Trains/educates employees as to best practice/safety when using materials and equipment
- Researches, orders, organizes, inventories, and maintains supplies, tools, and equipment
- Segregates/organizes supplies based on job/location
- Keeps Timeclock accurate to reflect where work is done
- Codes and returns POs and receipts to the appropriate person
- Creates daily work plans
- Checks for and addresses any work orders
- Keeps work areas clean and organized
- Inspects weekly all HVAC systems, ice machines, freezers, and fridges: repairs/services as needed
- Performs basic plumbing repairs/service
- Assists in all winterization tasks
