Join a Different Kind of Mental Health Practice
Integrated Neuro Dynamics is a growing mental health and neuroscience practice in Post Falls, Idaho. We combine psychotherapy with neuroscience informed assessment and technologies including EEG, QEEG, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and neuromodulation.
We are looking for an organized, personable, and dependable Medical Office Administrator / Neurotechnology Assistant who wants to become an important part of building the practice from the ground up.
This is not simply a front desk position.
The right person will help create an exceptional experience for our patients while learning to assist with specialized neuroscience services. Training in the technical aspects of the position will be provided by Integrated Neuro Dynamics.
What You Will DoAdministrative and Patient Support
- Welcome patients and help create a calm, professional, and supportive clinical environment
- Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, phone calls, and patient communications
- Assist patients with intake paperwork and administrative questions
- Support insurance verification, billing coordination, payments, and general office workflow
- Maintain accurate electronic records and assist with documentation management
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and clinic privacy requirements
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and outside providers when appropriate
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office
Neurotechnology Support
Training will be provided for these responsibilities.
- Assist with setup and takedown of neurofeedback and neuromodulation sessions
- Prepare patients and equipment for EEG and ERP recordings
- Assist with recording EEG and ERP data
- Prepare and maintain electrodes, sensors, computers, and related clinical equipment
- Help monitor equipment readiness and treatment room organization
- Follow established clinical and technical procedures under appropriate supervision
No previous EEG or neurotechnology experience is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning new technology and interested in developing these skills.
Who We Are Looking For
The strongest candidate will be someone who combines organization with genuine interpersonal warmth.
You should be comfortable working with people who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, cognitive difficulties, or other mental health concerns while maintaining professionalism, appropriate boundaries, and confidentiality.
Strong candidates will have:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with computers and learning new software
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills in person, by phone, and electronically
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without losing attention to the patient experience
- Interest in mental health, neuroscience, healthcare, or technology
Experience in a medical, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, or healthcare office is preferred but not required.
Experience with electronic health records, insurance processes, scheduling, or medical billing is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.01 per hour
