Retail Store Manager
Position Summary
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the C.Krueger’s retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team during holiday. This role combines leadership, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and business operations to support the continued success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store goals.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Monitor expenses and support budget adherence.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organization.
- Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and customer engagement.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise holiday retail staff.
- Availability for off-site events during the week and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of retail experience, including supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with Square point-of-sale (POS) systems, MS Excel, Microsoft office
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic financial and reporting knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
