Salient Touch Futbol Academy is a premier technical training academy dedicated to providing elite-level soccer training and our NRH location offers a top-tier training facility for our players and field rental customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Officer to join our team and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our training locations.
Job Summary: As the Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting and welcoming guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to enforce facility rules and training policies effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visitor and Client Interaction: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about our facilities and services, and assist with inquiries as needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Handle transactions for drinks, snacks, and any other retail items. Ensure accurate cash handling and register management.
- Facility Management: Responsible for opening and closing the facility, including securing the premises and conducting light cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of communication between visitors, clients, and our off-field team. Ensure that any relevant information is relayed promptly and accurately.
- Rule Enforcement: Enforce facility rules and policies in a courteous yet firm manner, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Soccer experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems for payment processing and communication tasks.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 20 pounds.

Pay and Benefits:
· Part-time ~8-12 hours/week, paid as an independent contractor on a 1099
· Hourly pay aligned with experience, $15-17/hour
