We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our professional staff. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and progress.
- Provide hands-on therapy treatments with innovative equipment, a senior mentor, and support staff for all musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Learn streamlined functional testing from the most experienced clinic in the U.S. with the largest test database in the world and many peer review published studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR system.
- Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to rehabilitation and patient care.
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and patient management systems.
- Ability to develop effective care plans that address diverse patient needs across various age groups.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
