We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated litigator with strong judgment, excellent drafting skills, and a client-focused approach to advocacy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, attorneys will handle a wide range of legal issues affecting employees, including workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements. You will:
- Represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive legal filings
- Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
- Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and state and federal courts
- Counsel clients on their rights and obligations under state and federal employment laws
- Stay current on developments in employment law to provide informed and strategic representation
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of private-sector employment law experience
- Demonstrated success representing employees in workplace disputes
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client-relation skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy

- Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary
