Assist in preparing and serving meals according to menus and resident diet orders
Deliver trays to resident rooms and assist with meal service in the dining area
Follow special dietary requirements (mechanical soft, pureed, diabetic diets, etc.)
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
Store food and supplies properly following safety guidelines
Assist with inventory and stocking supplies
Follow all Ohio Department of Health and facility food safety regulations
Work cooperatively with dietary manager, nursing staff, and other team members
