Little Inspirations Childcare Center is seeking a dedicated, experienced Lead Teacher to join our team and support children ages 2–4. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities:
● Plan and implement age-appropriate, theme-based curriculum using a bi-weekly lesson plan format
● Lead daily activities that promote learning, creativity, and self-help skills
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
● Work collaboratively with a co-teacher and contribute as a positive team member
● Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Qualifications:
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
● Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
● Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
● Genuine passion for working with young children
Schedule: Full-time, with the option of four 10-hour shifts per week
