At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), we help keep Hawaiʻi’s stores stocked and communities moving. As Hawaiʻi’s largest locally owned supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, our team supports grocery stores, retailers, and communities across the islands every day.

We’re looking for dependable Mid-Day Route Merchandisers who enjoy staying active, working independently, and being out in the field throughout the day.
This is a driving route position. A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance are required.

Your Schedule
- Full-time
- Assigned start time will fall between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- Start time is based on your assigned route and business needs
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Travel between assigned stores throughout Oʻahu
Service areas may include Mililani, Waipio, Kunia, Kapolei, Hawaiʻi Kai, and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do
- Stock and rotate products on store shelves
- Move inventory from backrooms to sales floors
- Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assist with promotional displays
- Build positive relationships with store associates and managers
- Track mileage, time, and work activity through company apps
- Manage your assigned route independently
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between stores
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time
- Retail, merchandising, stocking, grocery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
- Must currently reside on Oʻahu
