We are seeking a dynamic and creative Podcast Producer & Content Creator to lead the development, production, and distribution of engaging audio and video content. Duties
- Develop, plan, and produce high-quality podcast episodes that captivate diverse audiences through compelling storytelling and innovative formats
- Manage all phases of audio and video post-production, including editing, sound design, color correction, and mastering using tools like Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Operate broadcast studio equipment and lighting setups to ensure professional-quality recordings for both live and pre-recorded content
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and team members to schedule recordings, prepare scripts, and ensure smooth production workflows
- Edit raw footage and audio clips into polished final products suitable for distribution across social media platforms and podcast directories
- Implement social media management strategies to promote episodes, grow audience engagement, and analyze performance metrics
- Translate or interpret content as needed to reach bilingual audiences or expand content accessibility through accurate translation and interpretation services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in storytelling through audio or video content creation with a strong portfolio of produced work
- Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition), video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere), and graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Knowledge of broadcast studio equipment operation, lighting techniques for video production, and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging scripts, interpret complex ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and digital marketing strategies for content promotion
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach broader audiences effectively
- Background in journalism or technical writing is a plus for creating accurate, compelling narratives across formats
- Familiarity with video production techniques, including lighting setup for filming environments and video editing best practices
