Advanced position leading the daycare team and daily operations and is in training to become an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- same as Daycare Specialist
- daycare department ambassador
- regularly mentors other team members
- expert in daily daycare operations
- performs new dog evaluations
- regularly communicates with customers to offer resolutions
- conducts floor interviews with new hire candidates
- helps manage daily employee schedule, breaks, etc.
- backup to the Assistant Manager
Shifts are typically between 5-8 hours long. We have openings weekday mornings (6am / 7am start time) and weekday evenings (12:30pm start time). Team members average 15+ hours a week.
Candidates should have 3+ year direct experience working in an operations and customer service role in a similar capacity. Some holidays, weekends required.
